review | Nothing Good is Free by Matthew R. Horn is the second book following the life of Jeff, a vigilantly superhero solving crimes the police can’t touch. It is an action packed adventure that is hard to put down once you start reading.
The author did an excellent job of picking up where the
first book in the series, The Good Fight, left off. The storyline flowed seamlessly
into the new book, picking up our hero's story a short time later. The
storyline was easy to follow throughout the book even without reading the first
installment. The action and story stands on its own and will keep you glued to the
book.
Matthew R. Horn has done a great job developing the lead
character and all the supporting characters. It is easy to identify with the
hero and cheer him on as the police begin to close in on him.
I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it to all
readers.
