The novel “Elisha’s Bones” by Don Hoesel is an excellent adventure built around archeology and Christianity. Its’ non-stop action kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire book.

The storyline was well developed and easy to follow. The constant twist and turns to the plot just added to the excitement, making you want more.

The characters were believable and easy to relate to. It was easy to put yourself into the story and feel involved in the suspense.

I highly recommend this book for all ages.

I just finished “The Maria Kannon (Military Orders – Book 2)” by Martin Roth and I enjoyed the book. This was a short book and easy to read.  The storyline was good but not as developed or deep as the other books in the “Military Orders” series.  The characters were well developed and believable.

I recommend this book.

I have just finished reading the second book in the Jarzen Tadel series, “Echoes of Peace” by Robert Jacobi and all I can say in WOW! I have often described books as being so good you can’t put them down, well this was truly such a book. Starting where his first book, “Echoes of Freedom,” left off this was non-stop action and adventure that left me exhausted at the end of the book.

This is science fiction / space opera at its’ best. The story was well developed and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading, breathlessly waiting for what would happen next. The characters were easy to believe and follow. I love being able to place myself into the story as an extra character and follow the story.

I totally enjoyed this book and look forward for the next installment.

I highly recommend this book for all ages.

I really enjoyed Journey to Terreldor – A Tale of Growth and Adventure by Chris M. Hibbard. The story was a well-developed fantasy and easy to follow. There was a very good balance of action and narrative which kept the story moving.

The characters were believable and well defined. It was easy to follow them throughout the story. I look forward to reading the next installment in this series.

I especially like the way the author wove morality and life lessons into each segment and adventure. This is a great book for all ages and especially young teens and young adults.

I highly recommend this book.

"Blacklisted" by Luke Romyn is an exciting book that is hard to put down once it gets up to speed. The first couple of chapters are slow. But wow, once it takes off it is none stop adventure and action. The storyline is well developed with “lots” of twist and turns which keeps you on your toes. The characters were believable and easy to identify with.

I recommend this book.

“Story in the Stars” by Yvonne Anderson is an excellent example of great science fiction writing. The storyline is well developed and easy to follow. At the same time it is full of deep ideas and themes which cause you to think and ponder. The story and the adventure moved at a steady pace and kept my interest. The book was hard to put down.

The characters are well developed and believable. I found myself identifying with the male lead and his skepticism. This is a sign of a good book when you can place yourself into the story and become a part of the adventure.

The underlying Christian theme in an outer space, science fiction, background left me with one question. Why not?

I highly recommend this book for all ages.

“Elijah – Steps to a Life of Power” by Bob Saffrin is an excellent book. The author has taken the life of Elijah and broken it into very detailed segments telling of his struggles and ultimate triumph of faith and power. Then the author takes each segment and relates it to our lives and shows us how to achieve all that God has for us.

The book is well thought-out and written making it easy to read. I found the book very uplifting and applicable into today’s world and my life.

I highly recommend this book.

Wow! Now this is science fiction at its’ best. “Jarzen Tadel – Echoes of Freedom, Book One” by Robert Jacobi is an excellent read. I had trouble putting it down once I started reading this book. The storyline is well developed and the characters are both well define and most importantly, believable. The action and adventure in the various story twists is fast and continuous, adding to the excitement.

One of the things I love about a good book is being able to lose myself in the story. Robert Jacobi’s writing technique was so descriptive and detailed that I felt I was an imaginary character following in the story. This is what story telling is all about.

I highly recommend this book.

“Atlantis: Devil’s Sea” by Bob Mayer writing as Robert Doherty is a fascinating book. It is full of face paced action and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading the book. The twist and turns in the plot kept me involved in the story and made for a great book. I especially like the way he developed the storyline from 79 A.D. and the storyline from the present day and brought them together in a dramatic conclusion.

This is the second book in this series I have read and I have enjoyed both of them immensely.

I highly recommend this book for all ages.
