I enjoyed Fox’s Bride by A.E. Marling. It is a fast faced fantasy with an intriguing story. It will keep your interest.
The storyline is well developing and most parts are easy to follow. This is one of those books you have to pay attention to the detail as you can get lost. That said, the story is good and keep my interest throughout the book.
A.E. Marling did a good job of developing the characters in the story. They were both believable and easy to identify with. The situations and how they handled them kept me asking what else could happen to them.
I enjoyed reading Fox’s Bride by A.E. Marling.

The Cartesian Machine by Nick Tran is an action packed adventure with a very intriguing storyline. If you like a book with a lot of twist and turns you will enjoy this book.

The storyline was well thought out and developed. I found the plot very intriguing and thought provoking. With several different subplots occurring at the same time, you have to pay close attention to keep up.

There are a couple of issues I have with the storyline. In places the dialog became too lengthy and blogged down. This tended to slow the story down needlessly.

Another issue I have, and this is a pet peeve of mine, is the author tried to write a characters language accent by using phonetic spelling words in the dialog. This really distracted from the story in my opinion and blogged the story down even more.

The Cartesian Machine by Nick Tran has a very good plot and storyline, but I had issues getting through the book.

The Next Planet Over by Dennis Burns is an excellent adventure dealing with a possible end of life on Earth scenario. It will keep you glued to the pages and wondering what is going to happen next.

The author did a great job of creating an easy to follow storyline. By building on each previous chapter, the story became more and more believable. Since it related to current day issues it was easy to put yourself into the story, making it seem real.

The characters where well developed and easy to identify with. Dennis Burns did an excellent job of creating characters that seemed like people you may know, but at the same time fit into the overall storyline.

I really enjoyed The Next Planet Over by Dennis Burns and I highly recommend it to all readers.

MBA is Not about Money, Blazer, Arrogance by Krishna Kranthi is the story of a person’s one year adventure in grad school in India told in the first person.

I found the storyline and style of writing hard to get into and follow. From the very beginning the author used a lot of acronyms and abbreviations which he never defined. This combined with several grammatical errors and cultural difference made it hard to relate to the story.

There are some very interesting parts of the book and many readers will find the book enjoyable.

The Emperor’s Second Wife by Zoe Saadia continues the exciting adventures and fast paced action of The Rise of the Aztecs Series. This historical novel dealing with the post classic period of Mesoamerican history in central Mexico will keep you glued to the pages and your heart racing with excitement.

It is very obvious the author has done her research and added her imagination to create this world of intrigue and suspense in the royal palace. More than either of the first two books of the series I felt she really puts the reader in the story.

As I read The Emperor’s Second Wife, I could hear the sounds and smell the smells of the capital city and palace. It really brought the story alive and made the characters all that much more real. Here attention to detail and historical accuracy is very evident in the story.

As in the previous book Zoe Saadia did an excellent job of developing the storyline. It continued to build on the previous books but took on its own story and adventure. I really enjoy the level of suspense and intrigue she created in the story.

I really enjoyed The Emperor’s Second Wife by Zoe Saadia and highly recommend this book and the first two volumes.

One of my favorite historical characters was Sir Francis Drake. David Wesley Hill, in his book At Drake’s Command, has captured the spirit of adventure to sail under Drake’s command at sea. This is an excellent historical fiction with plenty of action and adventure.

The storyline is based loosely on the actual records of Drake’s voyages and this adds to the realism of the story.  The story is well defined and easy to follow. The various twist and turns in story make the adventure more exciting. I found it very easy to put myself in the story as an unseen extra.

Our hero in the story is fictitious but it makes it easier to identify with him. David Wesley Hill did an excellent job of character development with each character. They each seemed real and it was easy to follow and identify with them. Their emotions and moral character came through.

I really enjoyed At Drake’s Command by David Wesley Hill. I highly recommend this book to all readers.

For all you vampire lovers, this is a book for you. The Wailing by MR Graham is a dark paranormal vampire story which takes place in England during World War II.

The author did a great job of weaving an intriguing tale full of adventure and action without all the blood and gore so many authors try to outdo themselves with. It was a very believable story and easy to follow the various twist and turns. I really enjoyed the story.

The characters well developed and defined. They were both strong and easy to identify with. It was easy to identify and feel the anguish the main character felt.

I really enjoyed The Wailing by MR Graham and highly recommend it to all readers.
