I have just finished Falcon Lord - Book One: The Lost Isle of Perpetua by D. A. Metrov. I now have to sit back and catch my breath. This fast paced, high adventure YA steampunk fantasy will literally leave you breathless.

The author did a fantastic job of developing every aspect of the story and not leaving out the background. It was easy to read and follow even with all the plot twist that kept showing up. It was also easy to put myself into the story as an extra and follow along. This made for an exciting story and good book.

D. A. Metrov did an excellent job of developing his characters. They were easy to believe in and identify with. As with the storyline, I like how he not only developed his characters as the story progressed but gave background info on each. This helped bring them to life.

I really liked Falcon Lord by D. A. Metrov and highly recommend this book to all readers.

Every so often I really enjoy reading a good daily devotional book and God, Me, and Sweet Iced Tea by Rose Chandler Johnson hit the spot. This book is as refreshing as an ice cold glass of sweet tea (Pun intended).

The author did a great job of developing a daily devotional which was easy to read and apply. Her format was excellent for applying it to your daily prayer time and journaling. I really found it helpful in renewing my personal prayer time.

Rose Chandler Johnson book is a great devotional for both new Christians who are just beginning their walk and for seasoned prayer warriors. Whether new or seasoned it is good to step back and take a fresh look at our prayer lives.

I really like God, Me, and Sweet Iced Tea by Rose Chandler Johnson and highly recommend it to all readers.

Comets by Clive Algar is one of the best general fiction books I have read in a long time. It is full of life, love and romance. I really enjoyed this book.

The author did an excellent job of developing a tale which capture my interest and would not let it go. The story takes place in South Africa in the early 1800's and is so realistic it carries you there. The pace was great and the storyline was very realistic and believable.

I really liked the way Clive Algar developed his characters. They were easy to believe in and identify with. His writing style made it easy to get into the character, their role and the historical era.

I really enjoyed Comets by Clive Algar and highly recommend this book to all readers.

Don't Let Rocky Get Away! by Yuval Harpaz left me doubled over from laughter. This funny children's book is a great read.

Yuval Harpaz did a great tale of developing a tale of a boy, his messy room and his imagination. This book was so realistic and reminded me of my own boys when they were young. The book is easy to read, especially good for ages 6 - 8, and also a lot fun.

I really liked Don't Let Rocky Get Away! by Yuval Harpaz and I highly recommend this book. I give it my "Grandpa Seal of Approval."

Anna (Book One of The Starseed Series) by Meghan Riley is a great beginning of what promises to be an excellent science fiction series. As a YA novel and sci-fi book I really enjoyed it.

The author did an excellent job of weaving a tale of a teenager coming of age and coming to grips with the reality of her life. The story was very interesting and easy to follow. The pace was quick which made reading even easier. I really loved the end of this book (sorry no spoilers.)

Meghan riley did a great job of developing her lead character and each of the supporting characters. I found them very believable and easy to identify with. I like the way she continued to grow the characters throughout the book.

I really enjoyed Anna by Meghan Riley and I highly recommend it to all readers.

I enjoyed reading Seeking Dr. Magic by Scot Spotson. It is a fast paced detective thriller which will keep you on your toes.

The author did a good job of developing a storyline that was both interesting and easy to follow. The fast paced action and frequent plot twist kept me guessing what was going to happen next.

Scot Spotson created two lead characters that were easy to identify with and follow. He added just enough of a background for each character to seem real.

Seeking Dr. Magic was a good read and I recommend this book to all readers.

Thoughts of a Pure Mind by Calvin Bland is a collection of poetry that will keep you interested from start to finish.

I enjoyed the authors writing style. His poetry was, in general, non-traditional prose but the flow and meaning kept me glued to each verse. Each poem stayed true to the central theme of pure thought and a happy life. When I finished the book I felt better about like.

I enjoyed Thoughts of a Pure Mind by Calvin Bland and recommend the book.

Dragonflies, Ketchup, and Late-Night Phone Calls by Daphne Tarango is an excellent guide to improve the quality of your prayer life and your relationship with God.

This 31 day pray journal is a collection of great prayers to follow and use to help guide your prayer life to the next level. I found the quotes and prayers helped me realize all the little thing I have to be thankful for. It is amazing how easy it is to take the blessings of life for granted.

I really enjoyed this book and feel it has helped me focus on the basics and realize how God is at work in my life. Daphne Tarango’s style of writing and the format of the 31 day guide has caused me to bring focus to my prayer life.

I really enjoyed Dragonflies, Ketchup, and Late-Night Phone Calls by Daphne Tarango and I highly recommend it to all readers.

Bastial Steel by B. T. Narro is an excellent continuation of The Rhythm of Rivalry Series and will keep you on the edge of your seat. It is easily a stand-alone book and also an integral part of the series.
The author did a great job of storytelling as he developed his tale of adventure and action. It is easy to follow and hard to put down as the story continues to build. I really liked how every time I thought it was slowing down there would be a new plot twist.
B.T. Narro did a great job of continuing to build his lead characters we were introduced to in Bastial Energy, book one of the series. We continue to see the strength and maturity grow in each as they overcome the various challenges they meet.
I really enjoyed reading Bastial Steel by B.T. Narro and I highly recommend this book to all readers.
