review	Leading Without Authority by Aditi Chopra deals with the obstacles and pit falls faced by leaders who are in a position where they have little or no authority over the people they lead. This is common position which leaders can find themselves in the today’s business environment of team based leadership and projects.   Aditi did a good job of describing the various situations modern leaders find themselves in. She explained the pitfalls and challenges of each.   She explained in detail the various leadership styles that different leaders use to function and manage their business. Then she took each style and applied it to the issue of leading without authority.   I found the book well written and easy to read. It was informative and well thought-out. review	In this crazy, politically charged climate that is known as the United States do you ever wonder what if? Dennis Snyder in his novel Yellow Rose of Texas explores just that as he looks at what extreme political views can lead to.   Though a work of fiction, the reality of the story is very true to life. It is fast paced and full of action and adventure. I found it easy to follow the storyline as it twist and turned throughout the book. It was very hard to put down and when it ended I was left wanting the next book to see where the story goes.   I liked each character in the book. All of them, even the “bad guys,” seemed like people you would know. review	Spark the Night Light by Mark Smith is an excellent rhyming book which works great as a bedtime read or as a first reader for young children. Its simple message and cute illustrations help dispel and protect against all those scary things that go bump in the night. I read the book with my six year old grandson and he enjoyed. What the heck, Grandpa enjoyed it to. review	Nothing Good is Free by Matthew R. Horn is the second book following the life of Jeff, a vigilantly superhero solving crimes the police can’t touch. It is an action packed adventure that is hard to put down once you start reading. The author did an excellent job of picking up where the first book in the series, The Good Fight, left off. The storyline flowed seamlessly into the new book, picking up our hero's story a short time later. The storyline was easy to follow throughout the book even without reading the first installment. The action and story stands on its own and will keep you glued to the book. Matthew R. Horn has done a great job developing the lead character and all the supporting characters. It is easy to identify with the hero and cheer him on as the police begin to close in on him. review	I Hate Cell Phones by Mike Ronny is a short story about coming to grips with aging and the changes in life.  The author did a great job of keeping a little humor in his tale of life. I started out laughing at the situations and predicaments the main character, Red, keep getting into. As I kept reading and begin to realize what was happening my attitude quickly changed to sadness. Mike Ronny did a great job of treating the subject of dementia in Red’s life. I really enjoyed I Hate Cell Phones by Mike Ronny. It is truly a well written bitter sweet tale of growing older. review	I enjoy a good mystery, who done it type of book and Burning at the B0ss by Martin Roth is just that kind of book. This is book 3 of the Johnny Ravine Mystery series it brought the stories all together. Martin Roth has an exciting way of telling a great story. This book is like the old time detective stories I grew up reading. Yes, it did have a murder but the author did not need to go into useless gruesome details to make his point. Martin used words and old fashion story telling ability to capture and keep the reader glued to the book. I have read several of his books and like them I really enjoy his writing style. The story is well developed and easy to follow, even though there are lots of surprising twists and turns throughout the tale. It was easy to put myself into the story as an unseen extra and feel all the excitement and action that is taking place. The characters were well defined and very believable. They could easily be your neighbors or friends. I found myself getting excited and cheering the characters on throughout the book. review	Nobody Loves a Bigfoot Like a Bigfoot Babe by Simon Okill is a part comedy, part mystery, part who done it novel, that despite laughing at the title, I really enjoyed. I found that once I got into the book I could not put it down.   The author did a great job in developing a story that at times seemed a little bizarre, yet at those time I would literally breakout laughing. The storyline was well developed and easy to follow. There were plenty of twist and unexpected turns which kept you glued to the story.   I like each of the characters in the story. Simon Okill did a great job in building each character and making them easy to identify with.  The characters were down to earth and believable.   I enjoyed Nobody Loves a Bigfoot Like a Bigfoot Babe by Simon Okill and recommend it to adult readers (due to mild sexual content).
