Murderous Affair by Jonathan Digby is an excellent mystery which takes place in
and around London after the defeat of the Spanish Armada. If you like a great “who
done it” type of novel you will not be able to put this one down.
I
really like the way the author developed his storyline. He included just the
right amount of background information to make the story come alive in a very
historical faction. Even though the book was full of plot twist and turns it
was easy to follow. This made it that much harder to put the book down.
Jonathan
Digby did an excellent job of developing his characters. I found each of them
very real and easy to identify with. His background information along with his
story telling style made the characters take on a life of their own.
I
really enjoyed A Murderous Affair by Jonathan Digby and I highly recommend this
book to all readers.
